The Camelot

The Camelot, located on Turk near Taylor, is a 54-unit, single adult building serving Direct Access to Housing (DAH) tenants. The Camelot provides on-site Property Management as well as offering Department of Public Health Support Services staff available daily to assist tenants with community resource needs. The “enchanted” Camelot was once the headquarters of the famed Guardian Angels.

Amenities

The Camelot has 24-hour front desk and maintenance staff to assist tenants and ensure that no unauthorized persons enter the building. Tenants reside in furnished single rooms with shared bathrooms/showers (3/per floor). The building has an elevator which services all six floors.

Programming

Each month, the building hosts a monthly community meal and community meeting. Throughout the rest of the year, tenants take advantage of a variety of weekly-recurring community events and special holiday events.
