RESULTS ARE IN!! Thanks to all of our staff for the great work in getting tenants to participate in this year’s tenant satisfaction survey and for making our organization stronger. As usual, tenants gave DISH very high marks. Drumroll please… here are the results:
A HUGE congratulations to all of our staff: DISH-wide, we have some fantastic numbers—86% of our tenants completed the survey with an impressive 92% being satisfied customers!!
The folks at Le Nain Hotel have lots to be proud of, sweeping the categories of highest completion rate, highest number of surveys completed, AND highest satisfaction rate!!! WOW!
Big KUDOS as well to Camelot who demonstrated most improved completion rate (from 65% last year to an excellent 87% this year—what a jump!)
And to the PBI with the most improved satisfaction rate (from 90%-94%)! Great work, everyone!
