Cody Keene

Public Policy Manager

Cody has been a team member of DISH since July 2019, drawn to the organization’s unwavering commitment to addressing homelessness through a tenant-centered approach. Originally from Arizona, Cody has called San Francisco home since 2012. In 2024, his role evolved to focus on policy, where he now advocates on behalf of the Supportive Housing Provider Network. His work includes budget advocacy, collaborating with permanent supportive housing providers and city officials to sustain and expand the impact of permanent supportive housing. He is also leading the creation of a tenant advisory board that will bring together tenants from across San Francisco’s permanent supportive housing portfolio. Outside of work, Cody enjoys reading, playing board games, and learning new languages.
