A fourth generation Californian, Kirk was raised in the East Bay (the Kennedy High Eagles still soar in his heart) and has mostly stuck close to home since with the exception of stints in San Diego, Rome and Lake Tahoe. 2006 was a particularly exciting year for Kirk when he got married, moved to San Francisco, and joined a new public-private partnership created to manage housing for chronically homeless individuals in the city called DISH. Ever since those early days, Kirk has continued to embrace the challenges of property management and finds inspiration and motivation in the mighty efforts of the entire DISH team to provide exceptional customer service to tenants each and every day. He continues to live in San Francisco where he lives with his wife and daughter and spends his free time following professional tennis, gardening with his recently retired 87-year old dad, and cooking vegan dishes he hopes his daughter will tolerate.
