O’Nequiawa Lindsey

Administrative Assistant

O'Nequiawa Lindsey has been tracking toward a career in housing assistance since interning for Covenant House in Oakland, a nationally recognized shelter with a range of programs for unhoused youth. From that role, she served as a Desk Clerk for DISH as a Solutions Staffing employee. From there, becoming a DISH staff member as a desk clerk was a natural step in her career progress. She was quickly recognized as a personable, bright young leader who learned complex tasks quickly and cared for property residents deeply. Well on her way toward general property management, O'Nequiawa served a stint as an administrative assistant in facilities management. At that point, she realized she found her professional niche, embracing the challenges of learning new skills, and applying her detail-oriented, deadline-directed, and solutions-focused approach to the role. She is now in her DISH "happy place," and we're so happy to have her there.
