Staff Spotlight – Derek

DerekI’d like to spotlight Derek, DISH Maintenance Staff, for his fantastic work at the Windsor recently. We have a particularly tough customer who has required some unit door repairs over the past few months and Derek has been on it. The tenant is cranky with DISH for a variety of reasons, but Derek stays ‘Calm In The Eye Of The Storm’ and keeps up with those ‘Warm Greetings Every Chance We Get.’ Now, the tenant has a working door AND is feeling safer. And while the tenant still isn’t thrilled with us, we know we provided good service. Derek, John, Denise, and Sharon made that happen. Derek – thanks for your great work with the Service Commitments and for ensuring that even our tough customers know they matter to us. Great work!
