On September 29th, the Green Mobile Kitchen came to the Camelot Hotel to serve our tenants. Their kitchen stove table is big and cannot pass through the front door. Ellis, our newest Janitorial Staff, stepped in to help without even being asked. He took an allen key from the basement and helped disassemble the table to get it into the building. The cooking demo proceeded on time for the tenants to enjoy the music and the food. Ellis welcomed the Green Mobile Kitchen staff with warm and open arms and made them feel at home.
