With a background in Real Estate, Fintech, and SaaS, she has launched products that drive measurable margin growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional user experiences.

Elena’s work is grounded in a deep belief in equitable access to housing, health, and opportunity. Her commitment to service has shaped her leadership inside and outside the boardroom—from expanding mental health outreach during her tenure on the Board of NAMI San Francisco to mentoring youth of color through Teamed Up for Good and mobilizing resources for over 1,000 families through the Davis Street Community Center.
