Masharika Prejean Maddison
Founder and CEO, Lightwell
Masharika is the founder and CEO of Lightwell, a strategic consulting firm supporting mission-driven organizations with specialized offerings — leadership coaching, experience design & facilitation, and organizational design expertise — to solve complex issues, surface fresh perspectives, and support wellbeing in the workplace. Masharika has had the experience of consulting for DISH, and serving on the boards of SPUR, Our Children, Our Families Council, and currently on the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy. She is also a trustee on the Cathedral School for Boys board, and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the LBJ School for Public Affairs. Masharika aims to contribute a strategic lens to DISH as it undergoes a shift to becoming a fully-fledged non-profit without the need for external fiscal sponsorship. She also aims to contribute to the Board as a member of the fundraising team by thinking of innovative and creative ways to secure funding for DISH’s work.
